Welcome to Juniper Creek Designs! My name is June Huber, and I am a beadwork designer and teacher. Come on in and have a look around the website. The site was updated in September, 2011. With this last update, designs for Deco Triangle Pendant, Peyote Starflower Pendant, Raised Chevron Bracelet and Maltese Cross Necklace are now being sold as patterns. New classes include Totally Twisted Triangles and Peyote Twist Earrings. In addition to beading, I’ve taken a big dive into coiled basketry. Take a look at the basketry page to see a few examples and a description of the workshop I’ve taught. For those of you who want to know whether or not instructions from a particular class are for sale, click on Patterns. In general, if a design is not on this page, it is not currently available for purchase. New designs usually spend some time as “class only”. That gives me a chance to spend more time developing and refining the instructions as I learn from the students. If you have trouble finding the supplies to work the designs, there are links to online suppliers along with a tip on using micro bead and jump ring endings for your beadwork.
